The photographs on this page were all found in the collections of descendants of Neil's wider family, but they provide as many questions for our family history as they do answers. Can you help with the identification of anyone here or shed any further light on the people in the photos? |

Found unlabelled in the collection of Alan Cryer. The woman on the left is almost certainly Alice Cryer who became Alice Trory when she she married Henry William James Trory. So is the house theirs and is the man Henry Trory? Who is the other woman? Where is this house? It is number 47 somewhere. If we knew it might provide a clue to the individuals standing on the doorstep. |

Found in a pamphlet marking the closure of Chislehurst Road School, St Mary Cray, Orpington. It is from about 1906 and shows the headmaster, Henry Boult (back right), with a school cricket team. The pamphlet is small and of only newspaper quality. So, as this is the only photograph we have of Neil's great grandfather, Henry Boult, we are eager to trace an original for a quality scan. |
